About Me

I believe funding should reach the people and communities that need it most.

My name is Emily Gilkey, and I write grants for EMS, 501c3 = and other nonprofit organizations because I am passionate about helping people and putting resources to use where they make the biggest impact. In just the last two years I have helped secure over $2.5 million in funding.

As a registered EMT-B, I specialize in grant writing for EMS agencies and healthcare organizations, with a particular focus on rural America. My background in emergency medical services gives me unique insight into the urgent needs of these communities and the opportunities available to address them.

I am also a recent graduate of the JCAD Cohort 9 Paramedic Program, further strengthening my hands-on understanding of emergency care systems and the critical funding needs that support them.

Whether you need grant research, proposal writing or post-award management, my goal is to make the process clear, efficient, and successful, so you can focus on the lifesaving work you do every day.

Let’s work together to secure the funding your mission deserves.
